Leisure Lagoon - Public Swimming
ADULT/CHILD SAFETY RATIOS - PLEASE READ
Please make sure you have checked your adult to child safety ratios before purchasing your tickets.
All children under eight years old must be accompanied in the Leisure Lagoon at all times by the correct number of adults aged 16 years or over.
Lagoon Swimming during general swim sessions
- If your child is aged 4 years old or under they will need to be accompanied on a one-to-one basis by an adult 16 years or over.
- If your child is aged between 4 and 8 years old an adult can accompany up to two children.
Parent & Toddler Splash Sessions
- Because these sessions are designed specifically for children under five years, an adult 16+ may accompany up to two children aged 4 years old and under.
Children under 4 years old must wear a suitable buoyancy aid (not supplied) during all sessions and are not permitted to ride the flumes even with an accompanying adult.
These safety ratios follow leisure industry guidance based on an individual health & safety review and risk assessment of the Leisure Lagoon layout and features.
Failure to adhere to the above ratios will result in admission being refused without refund.

Booking amendments require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
